Martinus de Lanoy. Hij trouwt te Lienden (NDG) 12-01-1675 als Meerten de la Noij, jongeman wonende te Schoondijk uit Zeeland, met Gerarda Vonck. Zij was weduwe. Zij trouwde voor de eerste keer te Lienden (NDG) 16-11-1656 met Dr. Elias van Rhijn, jongeman uit Utrecht. Verdere gegevens over de Lanoij´s zijn mij niet bekend. Geluwe (Vl), en Prijntje de Meijer fa Jan, geb. Lichtervelde (Vl). Dit echtpaar was getrouwd te Breskens otr/tr 12-3/24-4-1644. Later is dit echtpaar kennelijk naar Colijnsplaat verhuisd, aangezien een vermoedelijk zoon Daniel (kinderloos overleden voor 1689) en eendochter Clara daar geboren werden. Mogelijk geldt dit ook voor Martinus. Mogelijk is er ook een dochter Prijntje geweest. Voor 1668 zijn zij kennelijk naar Schoondijke getrokken. Op 27 oct 1668 trouwt Clara de Lanoo te Schoondijke als jd van Colijnsplaat met Johannes Spiesens; getuigen zijn daarbij haar grootvader Jan de Meijer, en haar moeder Prijntje Jans de Meijer. Later hertrouwt zij nog met Jan Ackervelt en met Wouter Kegelaer. Op 13 mei 1689 (Zeeuws Archief, transportregisters Vrije van Sluis 767, f57) compareerde Martinis de la Noij, won. tot Lijnden in de Betewe, en Clara de La Noij, beide erfgenamen van Printie Meijers,wed. Bernardus de la Noij, overleden op Schoondijke, die te kennen gaven, dat Wouter Kegelaer (Clara's man), 50 pond geleend had, waarvoor verband was gelegd op t huis met schuurken van voors. Kegelaer, waarvoor de voors. Prijntje Meijers zich borg had gesteld(verbandbrief 2-4-1688); beide comparanten verbinden nu verder nog zeker huis, staande ter parochie Schoondijke op cijnsgrond, op den dam, west aan de watergang, laatst bewoond bij de voors. Prijntje, en waarin zij ook overleden is; Martinus doet verder afstand van zekere rechten hem toekomend bij versterf van zijn minderjarige zuster enbroeders over weespenningen. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Zeeland-genealogy/message/29841 In de periode 1610- ca1660 heeft de naam Schoondijke betrekking op het oostelijk deel van de polder Baarzande (oost van de kreek, die deze polder scheidt, en ten zuiden van Breskens). Na ca 1660 wordt dit Oud Schoondijke genoemd, omdat de naam Schoondijke dan in gebruik komt voor de in 1655 bedijkte Prins Willemspolder (tweede deel) en het daarin gestichte dorp Prins Willemsdorp. Met name de naam Prins Willemsdorp is nooit levensvatbaar geweest, en werd in de volksmond al snel vervangen door Schoondijke. Als Martinus rond 1650 in Schoondijke geboren is, dan wordt dus bedoeld, dat hij in het oostelijk deel van Baarzande geboren is.Kerkelijk viel dit oostelijk deel onder Breskens (het westelijk deel onder Groede), zodat Martinus waarschijnlijk in Breskens gedoopt zal zijn. Helaas heeft de predikant van Breskens in die periode zijn plicht niet gedaan, en de boeken niet bijgehouden. Na zijn overlijden in 1651 heeft men in de boedel nog wel allerlei doop- en trouwbriefjes gevonden, en die alsnog aangetekend, maar een heel groot deel is verloren gegaan.
